"I’ve had to visit State Farm today. My mother who now has dementia was unable to give me any of her information regarding her auto and home owners insurance policy. I went there anticipating issues, however, one of representatives there named Andrew Bunk Was able to help me and get everything up-to-date and squared away he went over the different policies and coverage. He was very informative and helpful. I will be going back there for any of my other needs moving forward I will also be asking to speak with Andrew. He keeps it real. And he’s very knowledgeable if you ever need their services, you should ask for him"

"Kevin Lowber has been my agent for over 20 plus years. He is very knowledgeable about the work he does from Auto to homeowners to investments and also State Farm banking. Kevin and his staff continue to keep up with mileage on the car to make sure you were getting all the discounts that his agency have to offer. His staff is always knowledgeable and professional at all times. If you didn't have an appointment and you came in and was worried about something Kevin always took the time out to sit down and explain it to you and that I was always so grateful for. He reached out to me one day about my car loan and interest rate. He told me that State Farm has a bank and that I can refinance with the lower interest rate. I put the application in at 10:00 a.m. that morning by that afternoon State Farm had picked up my loan and my interest rate was at least three points lower. From there on I knew I had a great agent that I was able to keep insurance in a Ford my car payment. Whenever I purchase the home Kevin made sure I had the bundle package. When I retired Kevin sat down with me and inform me how to do my retirement rollover. There's not too many honest agents out here today. I will honestly tell you Kevin has all of his clients best interest. Thank you Kevin and Andrew for always being there to help my family and I with our insurance responsibilities and homeowners. Kevin you have an awesome team and you run a great insurance company! Thank you for your years of great service."

"Pésimo servicio, saque un seguro con ellos y el seguro me lo cancelaron sin avisarme, disque por qué no tenía mi esposa en la póliza, y si mi esposa estaba, fui a su oficina y me dicen que espere 3 semanas, una cosa como antiprofecional, que no coincide con state farm me di cuenta que me habían cancelado el seguro por una carta que me llegó del departamento de vehículos, el servicio es pésimo, poco profesional. No lo recomiendo."
