"Wish I could say something nice about this agency but it’s hard to get into contact with them because no one answers the phone, so if you need to make policy changes or have questions you have to email and they might email or call back. One of their agents had screwed up my renewal last year as well so I had to pay fines. It took forever for them to contact me back after calling and emailing. I don’t feel like they take proper care to their clients. Seems like once they get your business you’re on your own. I know for next time"

"Agent made promises that couldn't be kept, costing me an extra $100 per month. Totally disappointed and will be looking for different insurance. Definitely felt like a bait and switch. Left with no choice, either pay the extra or no car insurance. Hope the extra commission was worth it, you've lost a customer and I will definitely steer anyone AWAY from this office!!!
